At Morallure, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward and transparent refund process, subject to the terms below.

Returns & Eligibility

 

You may request a return for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that are used, damaged, or returned outside the 28-day window may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

Include your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Morallure is not liable for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Excahnges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different colour or product, please contact us with your request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritise a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
