Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages
If no one is available at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave the parcel in a secure location, or return it to the depot. If the package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incomplete/incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional charges may apply.
Customs and Import Duties
Orders shipped to destinations within the UK and EU are not expected to incur customs duties or import taxes. In the rare event that such charges apply, they will be the responsibility of the recipient.
