These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Morallure Ltd, a UK-based sole trader business (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our website.

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of, this website by any other person. We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content without prior notice. Unauthorised reproduction, modification, or distribution of any site content is strictly prohibited.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. Minor variations in colour, texture, or design may occur due to lighting, display settings, or manufacturing updates. All prices include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, discontinue products, or correct errors without notice.
Orders and Payment Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, and Apple Pay. You confirm that all details provided during checkout are accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity. For Klarna or other Buy Now Pay Later services, the credit agreement is between the customer and the finance provider.
UK Delivery: Free on all orders. Estimated delivery: 5 - 7 business days. European Delivery: Estimated delivery: 6 - 8 business days (varies by location). Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch. Any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees for EU deliveries are the buyer’s responsibility. Ownership of goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided. We are not liable for delays caused by courier issues, postal strikes, or customs processing.
You may return unused items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in re-saleable condition. Returns are not accepted for items showing signs of use or damage. Refunds are processed within 3 - 5 business days once the item is inspected and approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. To initiate a return, contact morallure.shop@gmail.com with your order number.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos. We will provide a replacement or refund once the fault is verified. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately at morallure.shop@gmail.com. Once shipped, cancellations fall under our standard returns policy.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us via email before the 14-day period expires. This right does not apply to items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
Our products are designed and tested for high performance and durability. We guarantee that all goods are of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
Orders For wholesale, club, or bulk purchases, separate B2B terms may apply. B2B orders are non-returnable unless the goods are faulty. Payment terms and delivery schedules may vary by agreement. Title and risk transfer upon delivery to the business customer or their nominated courier.
We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Customer data is collected for order processing, customer support, and marketing (only if you’ve opted in). Data is stored securely and never sold or disclosed to unauthorised third parties. Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time. Customers may create an account to manage orders and view purchase history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.
All intellectual property rights including; logos, designs, text, graphics, and product images are owned or licensed by Morallure Ltd. Use or reproduction of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Any reliance on third-party materials is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morallure Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold Morallure Ltd harmless against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our website.
